A heavier weight of classic Shetland yarn, in colors only a Shetland sheep can make
If any sheep can be said to live a fairy tale existence, it is the pampered flock of Shetland sheep who live in the Montana hills under the watchful eye of Cathy Campbell. That they are shorn and their fleece selected by Judith Mackenzie and her husband brings an element into the story that sounds very much like the traditional fairy godmother. But, it is true, all of it.
It is also true that both Judith and Elemental Affects wisely chose to present this outstanding Shetland yarn in not only the more traditional jumper weight, but also in a heavier, more American, Sports/DK weight. A bit quicker on the needles, a bit thicker against a cold wind. Do enjoy!
